Vaccination Shortage

Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B vaccines are currently in extremely short supply. If you are planning a trip in the near future please be aware that there may be some difficulty in obtaining them.

Pre-diabetes Project from May 2017

If you have a blood test for blood sugar at the surgery and it comes back as not showing diabetes but is higher than it should be, we may contact you for a review for possible "PRE-diabetes".

The good news is that by adopting lifestyle changes, if you have this condition you can prevent or delay the onset of diabetes.

CQC inspection

We were inspected by the Care Quality Commision.

This was an extremely comprehensive and time consuming exercise and we would like to thank those patients who kindly spoke to the inspectors as part of their inspection.

They have deemed us good

TRAFFORD CARE CO-ORDINATION CENTRE

This is a new and expensive development by Trafford CCG that is meant to streamline the patient journey between the community and hospital outpatients etc.

We may refer you to this service with your permission as they can help to co-ordinate your care with other agencies, such as community matrons and occupational therapists etc
