Sister Lisa Hiles (f)

Sr Lisa Hiles - Practice Nurse
Sister Hiles qualified as a registered Nurse in 1996 from Salford University with a Diploma in Professional Studies in Nursing and obtained BA (hons) Degree in Health Studies in 2001 at Bolton University.
She gained her nursing experience as an A&E sister, going on to work as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner in a walk-in centre. She has been working as a practice nurse since July 2015 and commenced employment at Shay Lane Medical Centre in January 2016. Lisa has just left us and we have a new nurse starting in January. More details will be posted when she takes up her post

jennynoshadow.jpgJenny qualified ias a Health Care Assistant in 2006.

Jenny helps monitor and investigate chronic diseases such as Hypertentive Disease, Kidney Disease etc. She takes blood pressures, blood samples. Administers B12, Flu and Pneumonia vaccines. Carries out Spirometry and ECGs and helps run our smoking cessation programme alongside the practice nurses.
